How we protect your personal information

We are committed to keeping your information secure. We take all reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

Unfortunately, the transmission of data over the internet is not completely secure. We will do our best to protect your personal data but we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site. Transmission is at your own risk and we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to data you provide when you are accessing or ordering through our website. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you pay for your products by credit card, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with an AES-256 encryption. The payment gateway meets all PCI-DSS requirements and additional generally accepted industry standards. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. Once complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
